It was a pleasure to speak with Dr. Alaia. I was going to him as a second opinion on my impending ACL surgery. He answered all my questions in a relaxed and conversational manner - a truly comforting experience. He also knew the surgeon who would be performing my surgery and spoke highly of him which was comforting as well. He was unrushed, knowledgable, honest and funny.
