my first appointment: Dr. Alaia was very down to earth, very nice, and seemed very knowledgeable. He really portrayed that he cared about finding out how he can help my knee issue and seemed determine to figure out what is causing it and what can be done. He was great at explaining what he saw in my xrays and what are the potential actions to take based on different outcomes determined by and MRI. He even drew a picture to help me understand the inner workings of the knee. I am without a doubt returning to Dr. Alaia after my MRI. Note: there was wait time longer than I would have liked..however, Dr. Alaia was very aware of the wait and was very apologetic for the long wait. I really appreciated that he acknowledged and apologized. Regardless of the wait, I will still return to see Dr. Alaia again. Follow up visit: Dr. Alaia gave me very detailed information about my results, showed me images and laid out actions plans with me that suited my lifestyle and health/fitness goals. He is extremely personable and expressed that he cared about my healing process. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Alaia.
